In 2020 has been introduced the new Poltu Quatu App that can be used not only by the hotel guests but from all the Poltu Quatu’s visitors. The App is available on Apple and Android App stores, where all the hotel services can be booked and managed from the smartphone. The App providing the possibility to explore and book the attractions that this oasis has to offer.

What are you doing to keep the guestrooms safe for guests?
All guestrooms are cleaned and sanitized to meet the guidelines issued by the authorities (OMS,ISS, Italian Government, Local authorities). Once a room has been cleaned, it is sealed until guest check-in.
How have you enhanced your public spaces and changed staffing procedures to keep guests safe?
The hotel lobby, restaurants, swimming pool and other public areas are set up for proper social distancing. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the property and there is signage reminding guests to follow proper hand hygiene. Our housekeeping team has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting public areas including counters, elevators and the buttons therein, door handles, and restrooms.
All our staff members undergo a daily health and temperature screening and, following industry guidelines, are required to wear facial coverings. Depending on position, various staff members are also required to wear gloves, hair restraints, and additional personal protective equipment.
What guidelines do guests need to follow while on property?
We ask that all guests, as well as our staff limit the potential of physical contact as much as possible. Proper social distancing of at least 1 meter of separation is required in all public spaces indoors and outdoors including the pool area. Additionally, Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu requires that facial coverings are worn in public indoor spaces and outdoor covered areas unless consuming food or beverages.
Are all the amenities available at the hotel?
Taking in high consideration the safety of its guest and employees and thanks to the common wide spaces the Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu will maintain all the amenities and experiences open and available following the guidelines issued by the global authorities without forgetting the relax and the freedom of an amazing holiday in Sardinia.
What is the current cancellation policy?
Guided by our purpose of care and in listening to our guests, we have extended our cancellation policy to provide further flexibility to help you make travel decisions again. In case of cancellation no penalty will be applied from 2 to 6 days prior to arrival, depending on rate plan chosen.
